Locatie: Lammermarkt, Leiden (~ 600 meter van het station).
We hebben een programma op de Lammermarkt van ongeveer anderhalf uur, met diverse ervaringsdeskundige sprekers en wat muzikale omlijsting door Hard voor Weinig en Your Local Pirates. Daarna maken we een protestmars door de binnenstad, die ook weer eindigt op de Lammermarkt. Dit duurt ongeveer een uur. Er is mogelijkheid om op de Lammermarkt te blijven tijdens de protestmars.
Toegankelijkheid Lammermarkt
- Er zullen tolken NGT aanwezig zijn.
- Teksten van de speeches zijn ter plekke verkrijgbaar op papier, en zullen we vlak van te voren op de website plaatsen.
- We zorgen voor voldoende stoelen voor wie dat nodig heeft, en een plek bij het podium voor rolstoelers.
- Rolstoeltoegankelijke toiletten: aanwezig op de Lammermarkt.
- Het station is op 600 meter. We hebben NS Reisassistentie geïnformeerd dat mogelijk meer mensen met het OV aankomen op Leiden CS, en dat mogelijk meer mensen assistentie nodig hebben bij uit en in de trein komen. Meld zelf je reis aan bij de NS indien dit voor jou geldt.
- Er is de mogelijkheid om tijdens de mars op de Lammermarkt te blijven. Hier zullen enkele vrijwilligers/sfeerbeheer achterblijven.
Toegankelijkheid protestmars
- De route is ongeveer 2 km en duurt ongeveer een uur. We starten en eindigen op de Lammermarkt.
- Rolstoeltoegankelijke toiletten: deze zijn enkel op de Lammermarkt aanwezig. Op de route zelf zijn geen rolstoeltoegankelijke toiletten
- De route is gecheckt op toegankelijkheid voor personen met loophulpmiddel of rolstoel. We gaan door een relatief toegankelijk deel van de binnenstad (relatief brede straten, en geen steile bruggen). Echter: we gaan wel door de oude binnenstad, waar de ondergrond op de meeste plaatsen niet gelijkmatig is (geen kinderkopjes, maar zeker niet overal geasfalteerd).
Livestream
Er zal een livestream zijn van de speeches via sociale media (meer info volgt). Achteraf zullen hoogkwaliteit video-opnames van de speeches te bekijken zijn via de website Doorbraak.eu en het YouTube-kanaal van Doorbraak.eu, met daaronder de uitgetypte tekst. Van de protestmars wordt geen livestream gemaakt.
Corona
We vragen jullie om vooraf een zelftest te doen, niet te komen bij klachten die met corona te maken kunnen hebben, en een gezichtsmasker te dragen. We zullen ook gezichtsmaskers uitdelen.
Overig
We delen geen flesjes water of oordopjes uit. Mocht je deze nodig hebben, breng deze dan zelf mee.

Basics

We have a program of about 1,5 hour at the Lammermarkt with a diverse group of speakers who all draw from their own personal experiences (ervaringsdeskundigen) and some music by Your Local Pirates and Hard voor Weinig. After that, we will march through the city centre, and return back to the Lammermarkt. This takes about an hour. There is the possibility to stay at the Lammermarkt during the march.
Accessibility Lammermarkt
- NGT interpreters will be available.
- The texts of the speeches will be available on paper, and on the day of the demonstration we will share them on the website.
- We will provide enough chairs for those who need to sit, and a place near the stage for wheelchair users.
- Wheelchair accessible toilets are located at the Lammermarkt.
- The station is at 600 meter. We have informed NS Reisassistentie that more people than usual may arrive at Leiden CS, and therefore more people than usual might need assistance in getting off and on the train. Please report your journey to the NS if you require assistance.
- There is the possibility to stay at the Lammermarkt during the protest march, where some volunteers/sfeerbeheer will stay behind.
Accessibility protest march
- The route is about 2 km long and takes about an hour. The route starts and ends at the Lammermarkt.
- Wheelchair accessible toilets: these are only at the Lammermarkt. Along the route are no wheelchair accessible toilets available
- The route has been checked for accessibility for people who use walking aids or wheelchairs. We take a relatively accessible part of the old city centre (larger streets instead of small alleys, no steep bridges etc.) However: we do go through the old town, and road surface is not flat (stones, no ‘kinderkopjes’, but not asphalted either).
- There is the possibility to stay at the Lammermarkt during the march, where some volunteers/sfeerbeheer will stay behind.
Livestream
The speeches will be livestreamed via Facebook. Afterwards, high quality videos of the speeches will be posted on the website Doorbraak.eu and the YouTube channel of Doorbraak.eu, with the text of the speeches in the description.
Corona
We ask you to do a self-test prior to joining the demonstration, not to come in case of symptoms that might be corona related, and to wear a face mask. We will also distribute face masks.
Other
We do not hand out bottles of water or earplugs. If you need these, please bring them yourself.
